12.4. Operational dispatch command at the station STC employees on arrival and departure, the operator at the DSP, and the on-duty electromechanics of the automated control system sector have personal computers at their workplaces to receive information from the automatic control system. Operational management of the station's operation is based on preliminary and accurate information processed by the automatic control system. The operating technology is based on the dispatch method of managing the disbandment, formation of trains and local work, ensuring the most rational use of technical means and reducing the time spent by cars at the station. Preliminary information transmitted from the EDC, DNTS, RZHU- Tashkent, along with the shift assignment, contains data on the number of trains that must be received at the station and sent from the station in the next 3 hours from each direction, with the allocation of trains entering processing. Periodically, at the request of the operator at DSP art. Chukursay from the ASOUP system transmits the corrected TGNL to the station to the received train . The operator at the DSP transfers the received data to the station dispatcher for organizing and planning the station’s work. The shunting dispatcher, guided by the shift plan for train formation, plans the operation of the station, coordinating with train dispatchers the arrival and departure of formed trains, establishes the order of disbanding of trains, and plans the supply and removal of cars with local cargo. Based on the information received from the cargo acceptor about the completion of cargo operations, the shunting dispatcher gives the task to the train compiler to clean the cars. Upon completion of the accumulation of cars in the train, the DSC, guided by the train departure plan, if necessary, gives an assignment to the train compiler to complete the formation of the train. STC ensures prompt input and receipt of reliable and timely information about the composition of each train arriving at the station into/from the automated control system; reconciliation of the compliance of the actual train composition with the previously received TGNL; entering into the system the necessary adjustment data based on the results of technical and commercial inspections of the trains. STC employees enter into the automated control system information about the cars included in the formed trains and, if necessary, correct the information by 09 message. Download 263.72 Kb.
