1. Initial data
Work performed
Maneuvering work on disbanding and forming trains. Pulling up and settling cars on the tracks of the marshalling yard. Shunting work on attaching and uncoupling cars to ready-made trains in the departure park. Shifting non-centralized switches during maneuvers, uncoupling cars when unloading from a hill, securing rolling stock with brake shoes and removing them from under the train (depending on the shunting area served). Shunting work for supplying and cleaning local cars along the loading and unloading fronts.
1.2.Form of labor organization.
Part of an integrated team. Operatively subordinate to the shunting dispatcher (DSC), station duty officer (DSP), and hump duty officer (DSPG), depending on the shunting area served.
1.3. Output norm in dispatched cars.
Performance indicators :
Number of recycled cars on the hill;
Number of trains formed and sent;
Time spent by cars at the station.
1.4.Wages.
Time-based bonus. Bonus in accordance with the Regulations on bonuses in force at the station.
