THE ROLE OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN TEACHING PEDIATRIC SUBJECTS Karimdzhanov I.A., Iskanova G.Kh. Tashkent Medical Academy. Department of Children's Diseases №2 Modern training infrastructure, which includes information, technological, organizational and communication components, allows you to effectively use the benefits of innovative forms of education. The introduction of information and communication technologies in the content of the educational process involves the 303 integration of various areas of medicine, which leads to improved learning of educational material for the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Awareness of the emerging trends in the department’s computerization process is essential: from mastering medical students of basic information about the structure of the body and using knowledge in studying clinical disciplines, and then to saturating with new information the structure and content of classes, implementing a radical restructuring of the entire educational process based on the use of new technologies . This direction is implemented through the inclusion in the curriculum of new curricula aimed at the study of medical disciplines. Such a program is the integrated management of childhood diseases (IMCI), created with the participation of WHO. Purpose. To study the effectiveness of introducing the IMCI program into the educational process. Material and methods. The IMCI was introduced into the educational process of the Department of Pediatric Diseases No. 2 in pediatrics for the 6th year of the medical and pedagogical faculties. The program contains theoretical, video and audio materials. A student can study without a teacher, as the program teaches and evaluates it independently. Results. Analysis of the results showed that students who were trained with the help of IMCI significantly reliably consolidated the lesson they had been taught, and the survival rate of knowledge was 2 times better for students after 6 months. Application experience has shown: integration classes significantly increase the motivation of students to study clinical disciplines, especially with the use of video materials. Conclusion. Integrated management is respectable for a student by the fact that psychological stress of communication is removed by moving from subjective ―teacher-student‖ relations to the most objective ―student-computer-teacher‖ relations, increasing the efficiency of student work, increasing the proportion of creative work, expanding the opportunity to receive additional education on childhood diseases in future GP activities.
