Аннотация: В данной статье рассматриваются факторы, влияющие на рост 
и развитие пищевой промышленности региона. В результате анализа было 
подтверждено, что пищевая промышленность региона на сегодняшний день 
стабильно 
развивается. 
Для 
развития 
пищевой 
промышленности 
проанализированы основные факторы повышения эффективности, такие как 
модернизация технологий, улучшение объектов инфраструктуры и эффективное 
использование природных ресурсов. Кроме того, был проведен SWOT-анализ 
для определения факторов, влияющих на развитие пищевой промышленности 
региона, а также проанализированы сильные и слабые стороны, возможности и 
угрозы развития пищевой промышленности региона.

Abstract: This article examines the factors affecting the growth and development 
of the food industry in the region. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the 
food industry is developing steadily in the region today. For the development of the 
food industry, the main factors of increasing efficiency, such as modernization of 
technologies, improvement of infrastructure facilities and effective use of natural 
resources, have been analyzed. In addition, a SWOT analysis was conducted to 
determine the factors affecting the development of the food industry in the region, and
