My favourite subject
I would like to tell you about my favourite school subject. I am in the 6th form. I study a lot of different subjects, but I like English the best. I have English three times a week. Each lesson lasts 45 minutes. My English teacher`s name is Elena Romanovna. She is a very nice teacher. She is young and kind. Our English classroom is on the first floor. It is not big, but it is really nice. There are posters and different pictures on the walls. There is a big blackboard, eight desks and sixteen chairs. There are a lot of plants and toys for year one pupils. At our English lessons we usually play games, read texts, do exercises, learn poems by heart, sometimes we draw and sing English songs. We read texts from our Classbooks. They are very interesting. I like text about people, their customs and traditions. Also I like reading about animals. We do different exercises, answer questions, practice grammar, find words in the Wordlist. Now I know a lot of English songs and poems. We usually have a lot of homework, but it is good for us. I like learning English because it is interesting and fun. I need English for my future job.
