The Company «Rivulis Sulama Sistemleri Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi» located at İçerenköy Mah. Çayır Cad. Üçgen Plaza No:7/2 Ataşehir İstanbul registered under the low of Turkey called in the further “The Seller”, on behalf of the TKP Manager EEME Umut Celik, acting under the Charter, hereinafter referred to as the “Seller” from one party,
and
“________________________” LLC (Uzbekistan), (hereinafter - «Buyer»), represented by ______________, General Director of textile complex, acting under on the basis of Charter, from another side, hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties” have concluded the present Contract under the following terms and conditions:
DEFINITIONS
The terms used in the present Contract have the following meanings:
“Buyer’s premises” means -_______.
“Price” The total cost of the contract, including goods, installation and commissioning services.
“System” means drip irrigation system for (cotton field) on the total area of _______ hectares (Net irrigated area _______ hectares) as indicated in Attachment 1.
1.4. “Installation and Commissioning” - All works related to timely assembling of the System according to the Seller's drawings and quality requirements.
THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
2.1 The Seller shall supply to System provided in the Attachment #1 to the Buyer and the Buyer shall receive and pay for the System in accordance with the terms and conditions set in the present Contract.
2.2. The System is new. The Seller has the responsibility to make the Installation and Commissioning.
