9. THE TAXES AND DUTIES
9.1 The applicable taxes and duties and/or other fees concerning the import as well as the payment of the custom broker services should be paid by the Buyer, except the cases indicated in the Article 7.5.

9.2 Applicable taxes, duties and fees related to the present Contract and imposed on the Seller in Turkey should be paid by the Seller.

9.3 Applicable taxes, duties and fees related to the present Contract and imposed on the Buyer in the Republic of Uzbekistan should be paid by the Buyer.
10. THE GENERAL PROVISIONS
10.1 The present Contract shall become effective on the date of its signature by the both Parties and shall be in force till 31.12.2023, but not earlier than fulfillment of obligations related to delivery of goods, customs clearance, payment etc., by both Parties.
10.2 The parties acknowledge and agree that any change in the conditions of the Contract requires a corresponding amendment or Supplemental Agreement. All attachments, amendments and additions to the present Contract are valid when they are made in writing and duly signed and stamped by the authorized representatives of both Parties.
10.3 The Contract number must be prominently displayed on all documents and forms. This includes, but is not limited to: Invoices, Bills of Lading, Acts of Acceptance, etc.
10.4 The present Contract is made in two copies in Russian and English, both copies are equal in force. During the performance of terms and conditions of the present Contract, Parties are governed by the version of Contract in English language.

10.5. The Buyer hereby confirms that certain parts of the information and the know-how which shall be made known to the Buyer by Seller in connection with the performance of this Agreement contain technical or trade secrets of Seller which are not public knowledge (hereinafter “Confidential Information”).

10.6. It is hereby agreed that it is not the intention of the Parties to this Agreement that the Buyer obtains rights with regard to the Confidential Information and the Buyer hereby promises that it shall keep the Confidential Information secret and that it shall not provide the Confidential Information to nobody else and shall use it for no other purpose whatsoever other than as indicated in this Agreement.

10.7 The Parties hereby incorporate by reference the documents described herein which shall be deemed as an integral part of the Contract:
