"It's time to establish a new system for teaching foreign languages in
our country, which will be a solid foundation for the future. Since we have
set ourselves the goal of building a competitive country, from now on,
graduates of schools, lyceums, colleges and universities must have a perfect
knowledge of at least 2 foreign languages. condition. This strict
requirement should become the main criterion for the activity of the head of
every educational institution," said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
For this purpose, it was announced that the Agency for
Popularization of Foreign Languages ​ ​ will be established under the
Cabinet of Ministers.
This Agency introduces effective teaching methods, programs and
textbooks in the educational system and helps to master foreign languages
​ ​ perfectly. Based on the needs of educational institutions, industries
and regions, organizes the teaching of at least 10 foreign languages.
The German writer Wilhelm Hauff lived only twenty-four years, but
the legacy he left has forever entered the treasury of world
literature. During his lifetime, two almanacs of fairy tales were published,
the third, the last, was brought to the publishing house by his widow. He
also wrote several novels, short stories and poems. But it was fairy tales
that glorified the young writer. Thanks to them, he is generally recognized
as the best German storyteller and classic of children's literature

Origin, early years, education
Wilhelm Hauff was born in the German city of Stuttgart on
November 29, 1802 in a rather noble family. His father, August Friedrich
Hauff, was an employee of the Ministry of International Relations
(analogous to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), his mother, Jadwiga
Wilhelmina Elsesser, was engaged in raising four children. In 1809, the boy
lost his father, who had previously been accused of rebellion and
imprisoned. After the death of her husband, the widow and her children
settled in the parental home of her father, in the ancient city of
Tübingen. Here, in the family castle, Wilhelm spent his childhood and
youth.
Wilhelm spent almost all his free time in his grandfather's huge
library. He not only read, but also learned some sciences on his own. But
most of all he was attracted to fiction. The boy admired the high, polished
style and sharpness of thought of his famous compatriots, such as Goethe,
Lafontaine, Kramer, as well as the works of Voltaire, Rousseau, Richardson,
Swift, and others. .

In those days, in Germany, as in many other European countries, the
cult of religion flourished. People who devoted themselves to serving God
enjoyed special authority and status. Based on these considerations, the
sixteen-year-old Wilhelm was sent to a monastery school, after which he
entered the University of Tübingen. Since the scholarship was paid only at
the Faculty of Philosophy and Theology, and the family could not pay for
studies at other faculties, the young man began to study theology. The
young man left the walls of the university with a doctorate. However, he
was not going to become a minister of the church, as he already quite
consciously imagined his future.
