The tasks of the research:
to identify the philosophical, pedagogical and psychological factors of development of the spiritual culture in students based on the analysis of the interrelationship between the development of national independence thinking and spiritual culture; to substantiate the socio-pedagogical conditions and acmeological aspects of development of spiritual culture in the students of pedagogical higher education establishments; to improve the mechanisms for diagnosing and monitoring the level of development of students’ spiritual culture; to design a local-modular technology for the development of students’ spiritual culture and evaluate the its effectiveness; to improve the neurolinguistic programming technologies for the development of spiritual culture in students. to design a local-modular technology of developing readership and reading culture in students in the conditions of technogenic civilization. The object of the research was the process of development of spiritual culture in the students of pedagogical higher education establishments. 920 students of pedagogical higher education establishments participated in the research. The scientific novelty of the research consists of the following: the interpersonal, group, collective and value-oriented integration impact mechanism for professional socialization was improved by identifying the philosophical, pedagogical and psychological factors of the development of spiritual culture in students; informative-cognitive, personal-value-oriented, emotional, artistic-creative components and diagnostic apparatus of diagnosing the level of development of spiritual culture of the students of pedagogical higher education establishments were improved through the assessment of professional and pedagogical orientation and pedagogical communication skills, and identification of the level of achievements and empathy; a local-modular technology was worked out on the basis of integration of five phases of development of spiritual culture in students – familiarization, knowledge; evaluation, reflection, selection; interiorization; reproduction and updating of qualifications in activity; strengthening and correction; neurolinguistic programming technologies of development of spiritual culture were improved through the formation of effective communication techniques in students, preparation for activities aimed at consciously changing their behaviour, and management of intellectual processes on the basis of external and internal influences; 62 in the conditions of technogenic civilization, the technology of ensuring the information security and developing the readership and reading culture in the students of pedagogical higher education establishments was developed.
