The outline of the thesis. The dissertation is presented on 215 pages 
consisting of an introduction, four chapters, a conclusion, recommendations, a list 
of used literature and appendices. 
The following conclusions were drawn from the scientific analyses, summary 
of theoretical and methodological aids and recommendations and evaluation of 
their effectiveness: 
As an important factor in the socialization of a future teacher spiritual culture 
serves as a source for social activity, independent identification of ways to achieve 
own goals, and determination of own position in the society by gaining values in 
the society and achieving social and personal maturity. 
It is appropriate to base on concrete methodological approaches and theories, 
and take into account the integrity and uniformity of historical-philosophical, 
national, pedagogical and psychological factors at the formation of spiritual culture 
of the students of pedagogical higher education establishments. 
The results of the research showed that the following principles should be 
based on in the development of spiritual culture in the students of pedagogical 
higher education establishments: a holistic approach; considering the learner as a 
person who needs pedagogical support and requires a personal attitude; a 
differentiated approach to selecting educational content, forms and methods
harmony with nature; harmony with culture; a humane approach to the 
organization of relations in educational processes; a value-based approach. 
The diagnostic system for the development of spiritual culture in students was 
improved on the basis of development of a complex of pedagogical-psychological 
diagnostic methods by clarifying informative-cognitive, personal-value-oriented, 
emotional and active creative abilities and indicators. 
Within the framework of the research, taking into account the levels of 
students’ knowledge, we identified the system of socio-pedagogical tasks on the 
solution of elementary modular; simple modular; complicated modular; complex 
modular problematic situations allowing to develop the spiritual culture in 
students;
Within the framework of the research, we developed a local-modular 
technology including the following stages of development of spiritual culture in 
students: 
familiarization, 
knowledge; 
evaluation, 
reflection, 
selection; 
interiorization; manifestation of features; strengthening and correction. 
Development of students’ spiritual culture through the neurolinguistic 
programming technology forms the basis of contemporary paradigms of education 
and contributes to the formation of personal and professional positions of future 
professionals.
