Article 21. Use of mobile devices
The use of cell phones during class is strictly prohibited for everyone. Mobile communication devices can be used for educational purposes and in necessary and excusable cases only with the permission of the pedagogue.
Article 22. Participation in the lesson
Students are not allowed to come late to class. However, students who are late for the lesson for a valid reason may enter the auditorium and take their place with the permission of the pedagogue.
The pedagogue informs the dean of the faculty (in his absence, the deputy dean or the tutor – head teacher of the group) about the situation of students who interfere with classes with their inappropriate actions, may be expelled from the class.
Article 23. Communicating outside of class
If there is a need for students to communicate with a pedagogue outside of class, then communication:
consulting hours, independent education or can be carried out at a specified time by mutual agreement;
it is desirable for learners to know the position, name, patronymic and surname of the pedagogue they want to communicate with;
Based on serious reasons (rudeness, greed, low quality of lessons, evidence proving regular interruptions in classes due to the fault of the pedagogue, etc.) and in cases where there is a unanimous opinion of the group (course) they can contact the dean of the faculty with a request for replacement of the teacher.
Article 24. Subordination
Appeals to senior staff by employees, doctoral students, and students regarding matters arising from any issue are organized on the basis of a certain procedure (principle of subordination), i.e. step-by-step access to the leadership levels in the response. Except for direct appeals of the students to the director of the branch.
Article 25. Initiative and activity
Initiatives and ideas of employees, doctoral students and students to further improve the moral and ethical environment in the branch, increase the quality of education, effective use of innovative ideas, and organization of various beneficial events are encouraged.
