Field of application: the results of this research work can be used in the process of teaching at schools, lyceums, colleges, and universities and may be extensively used in the theory and practice of translation.
The structure of the work: the work consists of an introduction, main part with two chapters, conclusion and list of the used literature.
Introduction discloses specific topic chosen, which is determined by the relevance and novelty, sets goals and objectives and other details required of such graduation qualification papers in the chapter.
In the first chapter: we have given different theories of various linguists on the notion of linguistic features of the importance of web-based learning and we have treated problems relating to the English linguistic features of the variation between dependent and independent learning in English.
In the second chapter: We have analyzed the linguistic features of the concept of digital learning and types of web-based learning as well as student attitudes towards web-based independent learning in Modern English.
In the conclusion: We have made certain theoretical and practical conclusions on the linguistic features of the effective way of being a learner-autonomy in the foreign languages such as English.
