Introduction
English is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world, and its importance cannot be overstated. English is the language of international communication, trade, and diplomacy. It is the primary language of the internet, aviation, and science, and is used in many multinational companies. English is the language of instruction in many universities around the world. It is also used in many academic publications and research papers, making it necessary for students who want to stay up to date with the latest research. Doubtlessly, we can say that, English is the language of popular culture, including music, movies, and literature. Knowing English allows people to participate in and appreciate cultural exchanges and helps establish connections between people of different cultures. English is the language of international diplomacy and plays an important role in international relations. It is essential for communication between different countries and is the primary language used in the United Nations and other international organizations.
Over periods of time a language has been considered to be a system of communication used by a particular country or community. As ancient people said “A person who knows languages, he can do nations too”. According to these facts, it can be seen the ability on learning languages were very qualified in those times. There is a question: why did they learn foreign languages? Actually, the answer is clear that they were people and there were different societies, in this case, there was communication too. Language is the key of communication, after communicating and negotiating, societies can develop. In XXI century, there are unlimited opportunities and technologies that people can use in every moment. Why is technology developing? Because different people who speak in various languages can understand each other with the power of language. For developing, states should have both sustainable politics, and educated, curious nation. For getting these, countries and people share their own knowledge and experience, new inventions as well. Really, they need international, unique language.
English language is developing in all spheres day by day, since the development of the world includes the most important two sections: technology and English language. English language has already been like a bridge among the world countries in all fields: education, medicine, technology, politics, economy, social fields, science, industry, business, and other most important ones. It means that the language is used in communication in the world market. On the other hand, most necessary sources; books, magazines, international journals, encyclopedias, are published; audio and video listening materials are recorded in English. Definitely, they should learn them, due to get better job and developing both their career and country as well. Eventually, intellectual people try to use, reproduce, and realize them. English have to be learnt because; it is on the top of the world globalization now. Furthermore, why does the word “globalization” stay together with “English language”, and what is “Globalization”?
Globalization- is the process of making something such as a business operate in many countries all around the world or the result of this.
XXI century is the period of technology, in this century the world is changing ten times more than previous years. Uzbekistan is also inside the world globalization and, certainly, it influences the improvement of it. In spite of being a young independent country, it got enough success in a little time. However, Uzbek people should not stop learning and improving their mind, besides it, they have much responsibility in front of the future generation.As the Republic of Uzbekistan became Independent, there have been many changes in various spheres of country life, as well as in educational system. Great attention is being paid to younger generation. There were many reforms in education and other fields of social life. Education provides creative inspiration for the spirituality of the people of Uzbekistan. It helps us discover the best abilities of the up and coming generation, while continuously improving the skills of professionals¹. Education helps elucidate and pass down the wisdom and experiences of the older generation to the younger. Young people, with their budding talents and thirst for knowledge, begin to understand spirituality through education. Our state will attract on a broad scale the experience of advanced countries in training specialists and establishing conditions for high-quality education in Uzbekistan itself.²
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoyev paid his great attention to the development of teaching and learning foreign languages in our country on his “Strategy for actions on the development of Uzbekistan in 2017-2021”.³ According to this document, learning foreign languages and literature helps to develop social sphere of the country and it is considered as one of the best ways of enlightening the people and broadening their outlook about the global world. it is significant to teach foreign languages, especially the English language successively from the primary stages, while Uzbekistan is striving to find his own place in the world. Namely, it is considerable to develop theoretical, methodological, linguistic, and psychological bases of teaching foreign languages in educational system in order to achieve fruitful results; to scrutinize experience of teaching of foreign countries, to expand innovational pedagogical technologies to accomplish imposing them prosperously. In this regard, in our dissertation paper we will try to illustrate one of the useful way of teaching B1 level students who are future of Uzbekistan.
Today, with continuous improvement of the level of modern science and technology, digital technology is growing rapidly. Technology is now beginning to enter into various aspects of human life. One is the human need for information and communication. In recent years, information technology has made significant progress . Nowadays, technology and social networks form big part of human life from early childhood to elder ages. Technology can now be easily found everywhere. Mobile device ownership has exploded with the majority of adults owning more than one mobile device. The flexibility, ease of access and diverse capabilities of mobile technologies make them valuable and a necessity in current times. Internet access is increasingly widespread and fast becoming a complement in the utilization of technology. One of the trajectories in the development of ICT is represented by the Internet, which is one of the fundamental tools in every day.
The rapid technological developments make people obtain information easier. Smart phones, tablet computers, and wearable devices such as smart watches are deeply transforming the way we engage with technology on daily basis. Mobile technology can also narrow the distance and time in communicating and seeking information. The existence of mobile technology, access to information can be done anytime and anywhere. With the rapid rise of smart phone usage in recent years, smart phone devices have become a ubiquitous part of our culture and revolutionized how we live. Technology used by teachers in the implementation of learning in the classroom can be one way teachers to improve the quality of learning.
All in all , using kind of technologies will give us opportunities to learn foreign language more productive and comfortable.
