Objectives: to introduce a new word “collect”
STEP 1: Ask the pupils to open their Workbooks on Page 28and read the first text. Ask them to guess what the word “collect”means. Have the pupils repeat it after you in chorus. Afterthat ask the pupils to read and translate the sentences.When they finish, ask them to read and translate the secondtext.
STEP 2: Ask the pupils to complete the third text for themselvesand draw a picture. Say that they can finish drawing athome if you worry about the time.
