AND THEIR VIOLATION SERIOUSLY. THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT
TO RESPOND TO SUCH VIOLATIONS IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER,
WHICH MAY INCLUDE RESCINDING EMPLOYMENT OFFERS TO
CANDIDATES FOR POSITIONS REQUIRING SIGNIFICANT DRIVING, OR
DISCIPLINING EXISTING EMPLOYEES, UP TO AND INCLUDING
TERMINATION
Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

Although vehicle maintenance expenses are covered through the maintenance program, ensuring that your company provided vehicle is maintained properly is your responsibility. The owner’s manual is the guideline to use for all maintenance, but as with any vehicle, common sense and good judgment should be part of all maintenance decisions. The driver is accountable for ensuring that the vehicle is well cared for; including routine oil changes, tire rotation, and other service maintenance tasks are accomplished on schedule. The RbA of the Carolinas coupon intervals are tied to your vehicle’s manufacturer recommended maintenance schedule, located in the vehicle’s owner’s manual.

The vehicle should be kept clean and organized both inside and outside. Any exterior damage should be reported immediately, following the safety guidelines. This will be regularly inspected.

Maintenance should be performed at Emkay authorized national shops. This information is available on your Emkay360 application.

Driver Safety & Accident Reporting Procedures

Drivers must immediately report all accidents (no matter how minor) to

the police, Emkay, the Fleet Manager (Rusty Severance), and the
driver’s immediate manager. Emkay and/or the RbA Fleet Manager will
provide instructions to the driver on how to proceed with all necessary
actions pertaining to the accident. A representative of RbA will attempt to meet you at the scene of the accident. All RbA employees are subject to a drug test as soon as possible after the accident, and no more than 12 hours later.
