Subject No 6. Plastic of the Lower Ages
Lower-century blepharoplasty
The formation of bags under the eyes has more to do with problems with periorbital fat than
With skin. The incision passes directly under the eyelashes and then extends sideways into the crow's foot (figure 24.3). The skin-muscle flap rises, opening the orbital membrane and the underlying fat. There are three fat bags - a larger central and medial and one smaller lateral. Where the nose canal protrudes, the fat is back laid to fill this furrow and even the baggy eyelid. If this is not the case then the orbital membrane can simply be compressed, which is achieved by burning bipolar diathermia, which cause point areas of fibrosis and tightening. If the fat needs to be removed, it should be minimal and achieved by both diathermia to shrink fat and excision. Excessive fat removal can lead to a sunken eye effect that is difficult to fix. Removing the skin should be minimal.

Subject N o7. In-adjustable and implantable materials to correct folds on the face
Although there are many excellent means of increasing soft tissues and treating facial folds, neither
one individual material does not meet all the criteria for an "ideal" implant. Such material should be biocompatible and non-immunogenic, as well as cause a minimal inflammatory response. It should be biodegradable or easily recoverable. Another requirement for such material is stable and predictable behavior with minimal displacement after implantation. It is obvious that the material for implantation should be deprived of carcinogenic, teratogenic and infectious properties. The choice of material depends on its merits and limitations, specific clinical indications and the experience of medical personnel.

Subject No 8. Otoplasty
The arterial blood supply to the ear comes from the superficial temporal and posterior ear artery. The ear is innery with auriculoteporal, large ear and vagus nerve. The ear is fully formed at birth. It reaches 85% of the final size before the age of 3 and reaches the size of an adult by the age of 6.
The touted ears can be a source of suffering for children as a result of teasing at school. This is due to the excess angle between the ear and the skull, the congenital lack of an anti-graft or a combination of both. A thorough assessment of the cause of the problem is needed as it can flow from the ear with no anti-graft or from the conchalbowl which forms an excessive swell between the occipital part and the ear.
There are different methods of otoplasty. In the AnteriorScoring technique, after assessing the degree of reduction required, the skin is excreted on the back of the ear. Skin cutting should only remove excess, which will be left at the end of the procedure. The cartilage is cut and separated from the anterior skin. The cartilage is then marked parallel to the long axis of the ear, and further marks can be made at right angles to them. This procedure allows the intact posterior elastic cartilage to retain the outer ear, thus creating a rounded natural
