Lecture №.1 Introduction and assessment of the patient's condition
Aesthetic surgery is one of the areas of surgery that is usually performed without surgical indications. It is aimed at changing the appearance of the patient for aesthetic reasons and at the request of the patient. This is a patient who has decided that he or she is not satisfied with their appearance. Despite the fact that this manipulation is fraught with potential problems, aesthetic facial surgery can be a very satisfactory branch of surgery.
As with any patient, it is necessary to learn a complete medical and medicinal history. The patient's problem should initially be studied with open questions (remember, the patient's perception of his own problem may not be the same as yours). This will give some idea of the extent of the alleged patient problem and where the patient's problem is anatomically concluded.

Lecture № .2 Cosmetic surgery to remove wrinkles and scars
Ritidectomy or facelift, eliminates sagging skin and senile wrinkles. With age, the amount of collagen decreases, as a result of which the elasticity of the skin decreases. Stable successful rhydidectomy should be directed at the deeper layers of the skin.
Ritidectomy is performed on the following areas of the face: the side of the face and neck (jaw) on both sides, spreading to Modiolus (In the anatomy of the face, the Modiolus is the intersection of facial muscles, fastened by fibrous tissue, Modiolus is located in laterand and slightly above every corner of the mouth. Innerved by the motor nerve of the facial nerve and blood-scarted by the lip branches of the facial artery. The following muscles are involved: orbicularisoris, buccinator, levatorangulioris, depressorangulioris, zygomaticusmajor, risorius, platysma, levatorlabiisuperioris) and the middle line of the cervical division.
