The implementation of the research results. On the basis of methodic and
practical recommendations were developed: the differences between the principles of Russian and Uzbek spelling, determined on the basis of the analysis of the Russian and Uzbek languages spelling norms which have been applied in the framework of the project «ITD - 1 - 07 - Creating a textbook, teaching and methodical complex and their electronic options for the discipline «Basics of Linguistics» (creating textbooks, educational-methodical complexes and their electronic versions of the ‘ Fundamentals of Linguistics’)». The result of this was the application of the proposed approach in the development of an educational and methodological complex (certificate of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan No 89-03-2144 dated 06/01/2018) . the criteria of the coefficient of orthographic competence group intending to determine the effectiveness degree of the Russian spelling teaching technologies which is used in Academic Lyceums has found the application in conducting a master class for students of the Russian language courses at the Russian Cultural Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan. As a result of using materials, the content of the master class has been enriched with the new views and points on the process of learning Russian (reference from the Russian Cultural Center of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 84 of 06/02/2018); the classification of typical and persistent spelling errors in written Russian- language works of Uzbek groups students of Academic Lyceums, taking into account factors of phonetic and graphic interference has found the application while the preparation of guides, interns at the Namangan Regional History and Culture Museum , as well as to deepen the knowledge of the Russian language from a youth 44 student attending the museum (Certificate History and Culture of the Namangan Regional Museum No. 21-03-19/157, of 05/03/2018). As a result, this classification serves to prevent typical and regular student’s errors; the author's methodology «Communication Simulators», aimed at forming the spelling competence of Uzbek students groups of Academic Lyceums based on the communicative approach, was used in the «Oltin Zamin» and «Nigoh» programs that aired on the radio «Oltin zamin» of the Namangan Regional TV and Radio Company on May 14 and 19, 2018 (certificate of the Namangan Regional Broadcasting Company No. 08-02-420 as of 05.23.2018). As a result of using research materials, the content of the radio programs has been enriched with new views and points of view on the problem of teaching Russian Orthography in the space of the objectively occurring process throughout cyber-socialization identity.
