Munojat Sultonova Faculty of Foreign Languages, English teacher at English Department
Abstract
Empowering women will help build economic and community economies, and ultimately benefit from the growth and protection women contribute to the economy with all opportunities. According to McKinsey, if the economic participation of women is promoted on a general scale, especially in developing countries, by 2025 the world economy can grow by 28 trillion dollars. In Uzbekistan, there has been a gap between men and women in participation in the country's processes in the fields of education, health, employment and income. Women have also faced several barriers to their full and free participation in contributing to the economic growth. It may be true that it is rooted in people's minds in the stereotypical women who are respected mainly as mothers, guardians of family well-being, in today's world, she should not be a passive observer, but an active contributor to the democratic changes taking place in the country. It cannot be denied that Uzbek women have made significant progress in the past few years, but defining file rights serves as a solution to the problems of gender inequality. The president of Uzbekistan, Sh. Mirziyoyev, several times makes important decisions for the government of Uzbekistan to assess the role of women and participate in world economic growth. This paper discusses about the government's initiatives to ensure the support of Uzbek women equal to their own strengths through education in society.
