5. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATIONS 
At the present stage of the country's economic development, the requirements for quantity and quality 
of services are growing. The application of the experience of developed countries has led to increased 
demand for services. This, in turn, led to changes in the structure of the consumer market. As a result 
of increase in the material well-being of certain segments of the population, a new category of

consumers are in great demand for a wide range of services that will improve their standard of living. 
For this reason, some service companies focus their activities on meeting the needs of the population. 
The organizational and economic formation of the service sector is important. Since the development 
of this industry is optimal from an organizational point of view and flexibility in relation to the 
market conditions of services, the quality and efficiency of services will be so high. In order to create 
the most favourable conditions for the most efficient work of employees of service providers, it is 
necessary to explore, improve service processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity 
through the development of comprehensive service standards and the efficient use of working time. 
It is important to intensify the process of creating services. This process requires the use of new, 
improved and efficient technologies in the creation of services. This not only expands the use of the 
material factor of service, but also improves their quality. 
Increasing demand for services will lead to an increase in the demand for material, labour and 
financial resources for their creation. However, resources are somewhat limited. Therefore, the 
achievement of production results in the industry is achieved only through the use of advanced 
methods and technologies, improved labor organization and advanced training of workers employed 
in the industry.
