The  aim  and  task  of  the  research  is  caused  by  several  important  points. 
We  seem  to  say  that,  at  the  same  time  when  we  are  facing  to  world  it  is  very 
important  to  show  our  great  ancestors‘  works  in  foreign  languages.  Our 
dissertation  work  pursues  as  its  major  object  to  help  linguists  to  assess  the 
similarity  of  the  meaning  between  translation  and  the  real  version  of  Navoi‘s 
works.  The  work  can  be  useful  for  all  foreign  language  learners,  literary 
scientists  and  linguists,  when  they  are  comparing  the  translations  with  the  real 
works. So that linguists must be aware of translation principles our government is
