Implementation of research results. Based on the results of a study’s methods 
for the formation and identification of intellectual potential in education information 
technology: 
pedagogical software aimed at the formation and identification of intellectual 
potential and their features, a mechanism for developing tasks and questions focused 
on intellectual potential, as well as a methodology for an individual and small-group 
approach and use have been developed (Reference of Ministry of higher and 
secondary specialized education of Republic of Uzbekistan No. 89-03-5282 dated 
December 15, 2020). As a result, the effectiveness of the methodology for the 
formation and identification of the intellectual potential of pupils of comprehensive 
school has been substantiated scientifically. 
A study guide “Programming in the Scratch environment” was developed 
(Protocol of the online meeting of the scientific and methodological council No. 3 
in the direction of IIT at the Republican Center for Education), which was reflected 
in the Concept of tasks for designing creative activities of students, developing 
individual approaches, methods and techniques of intellectual potential (Reference

of Ministry of higher and secondary specialized education of Republic of Uzbekistan 
No. 89-03-5282 dated December 15, 2020). As a result, the principles and methods 
of an individual approach to the formation of the intellectual potential of pupils were 
improved. In effect, the educational and methodological support for the formation 
of the intellectual potential of 9
th
grade pupils in comprehensive schools has been 
improved. 
Proposals for tasks are aimed at the formation and identification of the 
intellectual potential of students based on weighted towards hierarchical approach 
(IQ test bank, algorithmic tasks) were used in the implementation of the international 
practical project AIF 2/20 - “Improvement of quality of training of qualified 
engineering personnel in technical areas and qualifications of teachers based on 
personality-oriented innovative technologies” (2019-2021) (Reference of Ministry 
of higher and secondary specialized education of Republic of Uzbekistan No. 89-
03-5282 dated December 15, 2020). As a result, the principles and methods of an 
individual approach to the formation of the intellectual potential of pupils were 
improved.
