each other sayings like "Write all your dreams in a notebook and they will surely come true" 
or "Irimim, hot and cold" and so on. Those who believe in this will be fulfilled, and those who 
do not will not. The human brain is the most perfect, but scientists have not yet learned that 
our brain has many functions. Our brain takes every word we say as fact. If we say "I can't 
do it, it's difficult" or "It's impossible", the whole brain takes this as a fact and says NO, as 
well as your next decisions, and as a result, you can't do anything. And don't forget that our 
whole body and organs are controlled by our brain. If you confidently say to yourself, "I can 
do it", the brain will accept the words spoken with this confidence as a fact. Even the slightest
