Abstract: The article talks about digital technologies, cyberspace, concepts of 
cybercrime, its nature, fight against it, problems, solutions. The situation observed around 
the world, the efforts made in Uzbekistan against cybercrime, legal issues, and the work that 
needs to be done will be covered.

INTRODUCTION 
Crimes in the field of digital technologies are considered a type of crime in the 
developed society. As the society progresses, the types of crimes also change. Today, 
almost every adult uses Internet resources. This process has its own risks, that is, becoming 
a victim of cybercrime is not an easy matter. There are many types of cybercrime, and it can 
be aimed not only at an individual, but also at the looting of material and spiritual wealth of 
a huge state. Due to this, draft laws are being revised in our country.
