In addition, it is necessary to make it easier for consumers to withdraw cashbacks. 
For example, when using electronic payments, instead of 100,000 soums, 97,000 soums 
are withdrawn from the consumer's account for a 3% cashback. If the check is issued when 
trading for cash, it says “For receiving a check for you 
It is suggested to write 3% (3000 soums) cashback" and automatically enter this 
information into the relevant system. This frees consumers from unnecessary hassles and 
additional requirements (for example, mobile applications) to get cashback. In turn, it is 
necessary to inform the general public about these facilities through mass media. 
2. Implementation of tax and customs payments, payments to public services, fines 
paid to the state budget through cashless and electronic payment systems ensures 
transparency and efficiency. 
The extent to which such payments reduce the underground economy in the country 
has different indicators in each country. In countries where cashless payments are 
developed, the rate of reduction of the hidden economy is lower than in countries where 
these systems are not developed. In this regard, the number of payments of this type is 
increasing due to the fact that favorable conditions are being created for paying the above-
mentioned payments through mobile applications in Uzbekistan. 
In order to increase the volume of payment of tax and customs payments, payments 
to public services, fines paid to the state budget through cashless payments, to increase the 
level of Internet connectivity in remote areas, to make the software used in cashless 
payments simple and understandable it is proposed to develop, increase the services of 
payment systems on the spot, to spread the benefits of cashless payments in the mass 
media.
