of pedagogical processes on the basis of technical capabilities and human technical thinking 
and the development of its optimal design. "Pedagogical technology is defined by UNESCO 
as follows: to use an integrated approach in the design and implementation of the whole 
educational process, interconnected. ” The main feature that ensures the professional 
competence of a teacher is professionalism. The importance of pedagogical skills is that 
such teachers can get out of any situation and achieve the effectiveness of the level of 
education and knowledge of students.
