Unfortunately, in practice, we also meet pedagogues with low scientific potential who 
do not meet the requirements. In many cases, there are educated, highly educated 
pedagogues, but there are also pedagogues who cannot fully convey their knowledge to 
students. Solving problems creates a basis for improving the quality of education. 
Although there are a number of problems in higher education, it is expected that the 
educational system will improve the efficiency of education due to the transition from the 
current system to the credit-module system. In the credit-module system, relief is expected 
not only to students, but also to pedagogues. Through this, the relationship between the 
pedagogue and the student will be improved and a transparent system will be created. The 
pedagogue conducts his activities freely, there is an opportunity to work on himself, improve 
his skills and exchange experience. The new credit-module system is not fully used in our 
system of higher education, because it is a novelty, a number of problems and 
misunderstandings arise in practice. 
Nowadays, in higher education, students solve their problems and work individually 
with each student, reveal their knowledge, talents and interests, and establish a friendly 
dialogue with students, making them their own in society. Special personnel were appointed 
to help them find their jobs. These personnel are called "Tutors" in higher education. This is 
a novelty in the higher education system of Uzbekistan, which came from the European 
education system. Tutoring, which has achieved high results in the European education 
system, has begun to be implemented in our higher education system. The transition of the 
higher education system of Uzbekistan from the traditional system to the new credit-module 
system is reflected in the application of the activity of tutors to the educational process. 
Importantly, after the tutors were appointed, the hours of public coaching were removed 
from the teachers, which allowed the teacher educators to devote more time to work on their 
own and conduct their activities in a professional manner. Tutors lead multiple groups. One 
of the main tasks of tutors is to communicate with each student individually and learn them. 
The activity of tutors plays an important role in significantly increasing student attendance, 
keeping students informed of changes in higher education, satisfying their interests and 
requirements. Just as there are definitely shortcomings in the activities that are always
