Abstract: This article is about the production process of natural fibers. In particular, 
it talks about the process of using silk spinning equipment to use the remaining parts of silk 
as raw materials and to produce natural fibers of 50-80 nm

thread. This article discusses 
the use of common silk spinning and carding processes and equipment, the proper 
arrangement of equipment in all procedures, the need for improvement, and the 
implementation of mass production.

INTRODUCTION 
Natural silk is a valuable textile raw material obtained from animals, and it is a product 
of the silkworm's silk gland [1, 2]. Cocoon and silk production and its processing is an ancient 
traditional national craft of the peoples of Central Asia [3]. In particular, it is widely developed 
in the Fergana Valley, Zarafshan oasis in the territory of the country [4, 5]. The most 
important task in improving the economy of our republic is the efficient use of raw materials, 
their full processing and bringing them to the level of finished products [6, 7]. It is necessary 
to increase the quality of cocoon raw materials grown in our country and the quality of raw 
silk produced from it in accordance with world standards, to increase the production and 
types of natural silk products that meet the needs of the times [8, 9]. Application of scientific 
achievements to production and supply of raw materials [10], together with improvement of 
product quality [11], increase of construction of industrial enterprises for their processing in 
our country [12], at the same time increase of agricultural products shows the need for 
quality control [14].
