In accordance with the decision PQ-2856 of the President of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan on March 29, 2017, the association "Uzbekipaksanoat" was established [15, 16]. 
Rapid development of the feed base of cocoon breeding in the republic, continuous 
improvement of silkworm care and cocoon cultivation processes, expansion of effective 
methods of production of cocoon, raw silk [17], silk carpet and their deep processing [18], 
production of finished silk products [19], the comprehensive development of the cocoon 
industry is planned based on the establishment of a single and integrated organizational and 
technological system, which will increase the export potential of the industry and increase 
the level of employment and income of the population in rural areas [20, 21]. 
The silk sector occupies a high place in the textile industry. Especially, gauzes made 
of natural silk are always beautiful, strong and light. Currently, it is planned to build medium 
and small enterprises in regions close to raw materials. For a certain period, KMS-10 
mechanical machines were used in enterprises, but the development of science and 
technology led to the creation of automatic cocooning machines and their use in production. 
At present, 80% of cocoon machines are automatic machines. The main products of 
the silk industry include: 
• Mulberry silkworm cocoon; 
• Raw silk from the cocoon (1.56; 1.89; 2.33; 3.23; 4.56, etc. linear 
density assortments); 
• Woven natural fibers (surgical, sewing threads); 
• Shaped natural fibers; 
• Spinned natural fibers; 
• Fabrics made for special fields (electrical engineering, military, space). 
In the silk weaving industry, it is mainly engaged in the production of silk fabrics (satin, 
crepe, crepe georgette and chiffon, ribbons, carpets). Increasing the assortment of raw silk 
allows to create new types of silk products, taking into account the origin and traditions of
