RESULTS 
To know that the above decisions and decrees do not just remain on paper, and 
how much such goals and plans, and efforts affect the development of our country, let's first 
summarize the 4-year Action Strategy for 2017-2021. 
Thus, on December 4, 2020, 5 press conferences on the 5 priority areas of the 
Action Strategy were organized at the initiative of the "Strategy of Development" center. 
In particular, at the press conference dedicated to the summary of the work carried 
out on "Priority directions of economic development", a discussion of the measures 
implemented in the economic sphere was held. 
In particular, the officials of relevant ministries and agencies are working on the 
strategy of actions, including the 2020 "Year of Science and Digital Economy Development" 
State Program in the economic sphere, as well as ensuring price stability, inflation, 
macroeconomic stability, tax Information was provided on the reforms, effective use of 
budget funds, investment attraction, a favorable environment created for entrepreneurship, 
banking reforms, development of transport infrastructures. 
Therefore, although it has not been long since the adoption of the New 
Development Strategy of Uzbekistan for 2022-2026, many tasks have been implemented 
under the decree. For example, goal 33 of the strategy: to increase the regional economy 
by 1.4-1.6 times through proportionate development of regions, the following results were 
achieved: 
Economic indicators in 2021 compared to 2016: GDP increased by 1.3 times, 
agriculture by 1.1 times, services by 1.7 times, and investments by 2.2 times. 
Looking at social indicators, the average salary increased 2.2 times, the centralized 
drinking water supply increased from 27% to 60%, and coverage with OTM increased from 
9% to 28%. 
Infrastructure indicators: 51.2 million km of newly built, reconstructed, and repaired 
roads, 18.8 million km of newly laid and reconstructed drinking water networks, 658 km of
