CONCLUSIONS 
If we look at the path of our country from independence to today, our country has 
achieved growth and development in more or less all spheres. Apart from sports, culture, 
art, science, and socio-economic fields, all scientific and technical achievements are the 
product of the selfless work of our government leader and people. Also, the actions and 
reforms in this direction, which fully meet the interests of our people, are still ongoing. In 
particular, the special attention paid to the economic spheres, and the fact that our country 
will join the ranks of developed countries in the near future, protects the interests of our 
people in every way and serves as a basis for creating a prosperous society. As proof of 
this, the following sentences of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev's speech dedicated to the 31st 
anniversary of our Independence can be taken: 
"It is known from world experience that only in a country with developed 
entrepreneurship there will be quality education, qualified medicine, comfortable life, and 
confidence in the future. 
Generally speaking, in New Uzbekistan, which we are building, additional jobs will 
be created through business development, poverty will be reduced, and the income of the 
population will increase. 
State administration will be reformed and state participation in the economy will be 
drastically reduced. 
We will consistently continue reforms aimed at easing the tax burden on citizens 
and entrepreneurs and simplifying the tax system. In this, no one is given special privileges, 
all necessary conditions for a healthy competitive environment are created." 
Deeply feeling that these thoughts are not just empty words, we will be able to 
achieve the desired concrete results faster than the set deadlines, if we all work together.
