INTRODUCTION 
Everyone knows that the transition to a socially oriented free market economy is 
based on the national model of reform and development developed by Islam Karimov, the 
first president of the Republic of Uzbekistan, taking into account the socio-economic 
potential of our country, the history of our nation's statehood, national values and world 
experience. Was based on five main principles. The implementation of these principles, 
known as the "Uzbek model" of development, made it possible to radically change the 
structure of the economy in a historically short period, to ensure macroeconomic balance 
and stable economic growth. 
RESEARCH AND METHODS 
It has been 5 years since very important and necessary reforms in the economic 
sphere started in our country. Based on the Strategy of Actions, which is the main principle 
of the country's development in 2017-2021, these changes are showing many results and 
advantages.

As we have witnessed, thanks to the implementation of this strategic document in 
life, the awakening and development began in society, state administration, civil institutions, 
media, the economy, and some other areas. 
This can be seen in the example of efficiency and results achieved during the 
specified 4-year period. 
First of all, at a time when Uzbekistan is becoming an advanced participant in 
global economic processes, it is important to inform the international community, in 
particular, financial organizations, and international rating, about the macroeconomic, 
including monetary policy and banking system reforms carried out in the country. Informing 
companies and foreign investors is becoming important.[1]
