large number of participants in the course (more than 100,000 learners. Openness - 
full or partial free education. Access to the leading resources of world universities. 
Online - the course is online with the use of an asynchronous (scheduled time) or 
synchronous (webinar, video meeting) educational model. A course is a set of 
exercises created in a certain structure depending on the author's goals and tasks. It 
is also possible to create a structure based on the requirements of certain 
participants. It should be noted that today, in most cases, these courses intended for 
teaching pupils and students are not real, but rather experimental courses initiated 
by experts in the conduct of CSOs and checking and processing of organizational 
rules, problems and risk assessment. Currently, in the West, the consumers of 
MOOCs are the implementation of new educational programs in higher and

secondary special educational institutions (universities and colleges), due to the 
implementation of courses, they can raise their prestige, attract talented young 
people to study, and provide additional funding; MOOC is used to obtain new 
competence (authority) and certificates required by the organization working in 
various areas of professional activity for trainees at a convenient time for the 
operational formation in the system of professional development and retraining of 
specialists. 
Usually, MOOC is built on the basis of the educational model scheme. The 
learner listens to the lecture of MOOC on site, a presentation of slides filled with 
various methodological materials and infographics to reinforce the topics covered. 
The user independently completes the task given by the teacher at a time 
convenient for him. Assignments can be as follows: reading additional literature, 
working with Internet resources, writing an essay (a free-form literary genre), 
conducting a small experiment or control (test). Intermediate and current control 
tasks are carried out in compliance with the specified time (synchronization). In 
the organization of independent work of students of the 2nd stage of agricultural 
product storage and preliminary processing technology of the Karshi engineering-
economics institute, alternative forms of tasks in MOOCs are regularly introduced 
on the

platform. This platform is absolutely free for 
students, and free access to Wi-Fi is provided in the institute. Students can 
complete tasks independently, complete real-time tests, and receive additional 
grades. There are also possibilities such as communication with the subject teacher, 
leaving a comment on the forum, and chatting with the course participants. For 
example, students can independently study the topic "Growing seasons" on the 
platform, perform exercises related to it, reload it, and use the opportunity to make 
a control test and get an assessment. 
Interactive forums are used to provide advice to learners and discuss the 
learning material covered. The main pedagogical goal in such courses is cross-
checking of completed tasks. Usually, the participant examines the 5 works of his 
fellow students, expresses his opinion, writes feedback and at the same time works 
on the learning material, but not through the reproduction of his mastery of the 
learning material, but rather through the product of the evaluation activity. 
Upon completion of MOOC, a final exam is passed and a certificate is 
obtained from the educational institution. Of course, this has many important 
positive features. They are designed for the formation of reading skills in 
continuous education, the implementation of the modern model of "reading 
throughout life". During the training with the specified time monitoring (the 
possibility of choosing this particular course, the topic of independent work, the 
methods of completing the task), flexible educational organization, education for 
each learner. gives an opportunity to move the route (direction) in a different way. 
The use of modern educational technology in the creation of the course 
(wide use of ICT, critical thinking technology, design technology, etc.) makes the 
learning process personal and activity-oriented, and learners become active 
subjects of the learning process.

The learner will have the opportunity to learn from leading professors and 
teachers at world universities. Courses in a foreign language certainly help to 
master non-traditional educational materials. A portfolio of learners is formed 
(assignments completed by them, reviews and reviews are stored), and in the 
future, an organizational opportunity for a scientific and educational trajectory and 
employment appears. But in addition, it is necessary to dwell on the problems in 
the implementation of MOOCs: 
learners must have sufficient digital and informational competence, 
otherwise they will have problems completing course assignments
must be able to form high-level study skills, plan his/her activities, evaluate 
the results of his/her work, be able to have an involuntary influence on the results 
of his/her studies, create a personal educational direction, and be able to manage 
himself/herself at a high level; 
learners of different mentality, age, and level of preparation (professional, 
pedagogical, cultural) in one group may create (occur) problems regarding their 
relations within the virtual group; 
causes inconsistency in mutual evaluation due to the lack of a clear 
evaluation criterion for the completed task; 
that it is not possible to determine whether the assignment was completed by 
the student studying in the course; 
there is illogicality in the organization of the educational process, because 
learners create their own personal learning content (goal, essence) and form their 
own educational direction; 
it is very difficult to teach unmotivated learners. One of the most popular 
foreign platforms for every listener, coursera(coursera.org), offers free online 
courses on the implementation of MOOC. Courses are created and developed by 
the world's educational organizations and leading universities. Through these free 
courses, a representative of any class of society has the opportunity to improve his 
knowledge and achieve the appropriate qualification. It should be noted that this, in 
turn, will lead to a wider distribution of the course and an increase in its prestige. 
Learners watch short video lectures (4-5 minutes), perform interactive 
control assignments, assignments are evaluated by fellow students, and 
communicate with their teachers and fellow students through the forum.
