In control groups selected from higher education institutions in three regions of 
our republic, the teaching process of subjects of "English language" was carried out in 
a traditional manner, in experimental groups during the research, experimental work 
was conducted on the use of the methodology improved by the author on the basis of 
teaching the subject of "English language". 
The results of the supervision work and trainings received from students of 
higher education institutions in three regions of our republic were analyzed according 
to qualitative and quantitative indicators, and in the research, the methods of 
evaluating the effectiveness of the teaching process were used to process the results of 
the experiment through the mathematical-statistical method.

In order to calculate the results of the experimental work and compare the 
learning of the experimental and control groups, the average value of the 
learning rate in the groups (see formula 3.1):

average arithmetic values of the grades of the assessment experiment and control 
groups designed to increase the efficiency of the subjects of the "English language" 
subject (see formula 3.2).
