3. Implementation of the educational process
(using distance learning technology)

3.1 Access to the courses and Personal Account

• To access the academic courses, you must enter the platform using your Login and Password, which was issued to you by the Distance Education Center.
• Training material on semester disciplines is posted in the Personal Account under the link "My courses."
• In your Personal Account, you can post information about yourself and communicate with students of your group using the links "My Group" and "Personal Data."
• The Instructors tab provides information about instructors.
• Questions and answers for the academic discipline are provided in the "forum-chat" with the direct participation of the teacher;
• Answers to the questions on technical support, organization of the educational process are provided by WhatsApp in the chat of the group;
3.2. The first week is orientation:
Students start using the educational platform, mastering the content of the educational portal and functional pages (tabs);
Teachers post the schedule of chat rooms and webinars for each discipline, in accordance with the approved schedule of the academic year;
3.3 Current monitoring ensures that the students perform written practical tasks. Practical tasks are carried out by students in parallel during the period of mastering theoretical, lecture material and conducting chat rooms and webinars.
Students submit the Practice Assignments for review throughout the semester in accordance with the schedule.
Teachers set the dates of completed tasks submission and the terms of verification within 2 weeks. Checking includes downloading brief work comments.
Midterm control
For conducting the online course control, the teacher creates a database of test questions (tasks) for holding Midterm Controls 1 and 2, as well as for the exam. Midterm controls are carried out in the form of online testing on the platform
Midterm control 1 is held during the 7-8 weeks;
Midterm control 2 is held during the 14-15 weeks
Educational and methodological support is carried out in accordance with the Methodological Recommendations on the organization of the educational process with the application of the educational process for students and the Methodological Guidelines on the organization of the educational process of the teaching staff in DLT.
