90 ПСИХОЛОГИЯ И СОЦИОЛОГИЯ *90* PSYCHOLOGICAL FACTORS OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S SELF- REALIZATION Tulaganova Gulnoza Teacher of Tashkent Financial Institute Amanullaeva Yulduz Student of Management Development Institute of Singapore Abstract It should be noted that the formation of a person is a complex process, which is influenced systematically by the environment and external factors. Accordingly, they have their own opportunities, self-esteem, and self-activation . Key words: Opportunities, environment, system, activation, external factors. The purpose of the research is to identify and investigate the psychological factors that influence a person's ability to realize their potential. Research objectives: - Identification of the psycho-pedagogical effects of the individual's ability to realize their potential; - to study the psychosocial factors that influence the individual's realization of his / her abilities; - justification of the level of self-efficacy, self-activation is the main mechanism for realization of one's own potential; - to check one's own self-esteem in social environment and the nature of its relationship with the system of values; - Development of methodological and psycho-pedagogical recommendations for the effective use of psycho-correction measures in the realization of one's own potential.
