The organization of the qualification practice of students on the basis of 
competency support performs the following functions 
Expand their knowledge in cognitive-qualification practice referees, induce 
the need for the formation of differential thinking. 
Сreativity
is the development of creative thinking in students who have the 
characteristics of studyurni intensively (oriented to gain). 
Motivational-formation of the student's desire to learn, realize, improve their 
knowledge and become a puddle in the activity. 
Content - (I know) that is, to acquaint students with the pedagogical-
psychological and theoretical-methodological foundations of qualification practice. 
Operational activities - (I can) develop practical skills and competencies for 
the implementation of competence practice, taking into account modern educational 
technologies and management. 
Reflexive - (I understand) to explain the essence and meaning of the 
qualification practice in the activity, its meaning in the development of the individual. 
It should be noted that 10% of the knowledge that a person receives is 
perceived through hearing 30% and 60% - through the performance of qualifying 
dressing. Therefore, the organization of qualification practice on the basis of visibility 
in the organization on the basis of accompanying information has its place.
The competence organization of students ' knowledge obtained during 
theoretical training develops through the formation of skills for applying a higher level 
in professional activities, effective use and improvement of professional techniques. In 
addition, the qualification of students is formed for the implementation of any activity 
in practice, the application of the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities in their 
professional disciplines in practice for the development of pedagogical abilities.
In the process of qualification practice of students the following competence 
qualities are formed:
Intellectual competence is the ability to see problems in situations that are 
simple at first glance, to observe the breath of surrounding events, but also to 
understand the causes of their occurrence. 
The competence to apply creative knowledge and skills is to generalize 
observed phenomena with the help of knowledge obtained in theory, draw conclusions 
and develop new knowledge.
