CHAPTER 2
The practice of applying modern educational technologies in the field of vocational education

2.1. Analysis of the application of modern pedagogical technologies in the field of vocational education
In the second part of my term paper, I would like to analyze the use of modern pedagogical technologies using the example of an educational institution.
After studying the programs, attending many classes of my colleagues and conducting a survey, I found out that in our college the old class-lesson teaching system is still mainly used. Having tried to figure out why the teachers of our college practically do not use new pedagogical technologies, I came to the following conclusions:
- programs are often designed in such a way that teachers barely have time to give students the necessary information. Unfortunately, such conditions do not contribute to the manifestation of creativity either among teachers or students
- The technical equipment of our educational institution is improving every year, but most of the classrooms are still not equipped with computers, projectors, new generation whiteboards.
These circumstances seem to me to be the main reasons why new pedagogical technologies are rarely used in our college. However, in our teaching staff there are teachers and masters who try to the best of their ability and ability to diversify classes, make them more useful, visual and informative for students. Some teachers use the method of projects, others use problem-based learning.
I would like to contribute to this process, and I have developed a mind map lesson, which I will discuss below.
Currently, in the conditions of modern education, the teaching methodology is going through a difficult period associated with a change in the goals of education, the implementation of the Federal State Educational Standard of a new generation, built on a competency-based approach. These circumstances require a new search for innovative means, forms and methods of training and education related to the development and implementation of modern educational and information technologies in the educational process. The main goal of secondary vocational education is to prepare a qualified specialist capable of effective professional work in their specialty and competitive in the labor market. To implement the student's cognitive and creative activity in the educational process, modern educational technologies are used, which make it possible to improve the quality of education, use study time more efficiently and reduce the proportion of students' reproductive activity by reducing the time allotted for homework. Modern educational technologies are focused on individualization, remoteness and variability of the educational process, academic mobility of students, regardless of age and level of education.
Educational technology is a systematic method of designing, implementing, evaluating, correcting and subsequent reproduction of the educational process. SVE educational institutions use a wide range of educational pedagogical technologies that are used in the educational process. The introduction of modern educational and information technologies into the educational process in the educational process will allow the teacher to work out the depth and strength of knowledge, consolidate skills and abilities in various fields of activity; develop technological thinking, the ability to independently plan their educational, self-educational activities; to cultivate habits of strict adherence to the requirements of technological discipline in the organization of training sessions. The use of a wide range of pedagogical technologies enables the teacher to use the study time productively and achieve high learning outcomes for students.
The traditional training of specialists, focused on the formation of knowledge, skills and abilities in the subject area, is increasingly lagging behind modern requirements. The basis of education should be not so much academic disciplines as ways of thinking and acting. It is necessary not only to graduate a specialist who has received high-level training, but also to include him already at the training stage in the development of new technologies, adapt him to the conditions of a specific production environment, and make him capable of making managerial decisions on his own. The advantages of using educational technologies in SVE are that the functions of the teacher and the student change, the teacher becomes a consultant, and students are given greater independence in choosing ways to master the educational material. Educational technologies provide ample opportunities for differentiation and individualization of educational activities.
The result of the application of educational technologies to a lesser extent depends on the skill of the teacher, it is determined by the totality of its components. Educational technologies are associated with an increase in the effectiveness of training and education and are aimed at the end result of the educational process in SVE - this is the training of highly qualified specialists.
Based on the experience of using innovative methods in pedagogical activity, some of their advantages can be distinguished:
- they help to teach students active ways of obtaining new knowledge;
- provide an opportunity to master a higher level of personal social activity;
- create such conditions in training under which students cannot but learn;
- stimulate the creative abilities of students; help bring learning closer to the practice of everyday life, form not only knowledge, skills in the subject, but also an active life position.
At the present stage, education is aimed primarily at developing the personality, increasing its activity and creative abilities, and, consequently, at expanding the use of methods of independent work of students, self-control, the use of active forms and methods of teaching, all this can be achieved only if there is interest students to study the subject. Cognitive interest means an intellectual-emotional response to the process of cognition, the student's desire for learning, for the performance of individual and general tasks, interest in the activities of the teacher and other students. Activation of cognitive activity is a constant process of motivation for purposeful learning. A modern teacher in his work needs to use various ways of activation, combining a variety of forms, methods, teaching aids that stimulate the activity and independence of students, introduce innovation into the educational process.
