What in your opinion are the absolute key changes required, if any, to make the new edition of this book the main book on your course?
If it was up to me (I am not the module leader), I would definitely suggest this book as the core text for the “Managing People” module. It is much better written than the proposed one. That’s why I suggest this to my students.
A more detailed version of the book so to better explain key HRM concepts (a volume 1 & volume 2 maybe?)
