Pupils of the primary school need to pay attention to the key elements of the English language such as pronunciation, spelling, structure, and vocabulary. To master English speech skills, learners must widen their topic vocabulary i.e., a list of words for developing their lexical competence. It may be achieved easily and funny by using vocabulary games. Furthermore, through physical movements in games, pupils of the primary classes may be alert and stimulated. Primary school learners often get impatient and become bored very quickly if they attend lessons for a long period. For avoiding such situation, it has a sense to use physical movements which can guarantee pupils’ active participation. Games give learners opportunities to take part in a healthy competition for learning more without forcing them to do the tasks. Total Physical Response (TPR) is used a lot by English teachers because children’s nature is hyperactive, physically active and cannot keep their concentration for a long time. Using TPR based on games and a variety of activities will allow pupils of the primary classes to acquire foreign vocabulary very fast. Besides, primary school teachers encourage their pupils to interact at the English lessons by using Communicative Language Approach (CLT) for focusing on language meaning in context. Methodists state that teachers have to create communicative atmosphere at the lesson where learners could realize themselves and it is helpful for developing their language skills. (1) In addition, because the language used in any activity is unpredictable, teachers have to encourage pupils to try constructing language patterns by themselves actively. This is one more reason in favor of games importance and usefulness. Not only because the games are fun, but because they also can create the desire to communicate. Games encourage cooperation, team spirit, competition, and turn taking.
