The material includes:
a) Textbooks, monographs, articles, written by the leading scholars, like: Ellis R, Krashen E, J.C Richards, Hewings M , Larsen-Freeman, Hinkel, S, Fotos, Aarts . B, Azar, B, Ballin. V, Brown H, Fortune, A, V., Swales, J., Tompkins, G. E., Weber, R. P., Wertsch, J. V.and others.
b) Internet websites with corresponding headings and data-base.
The Structure of the work - the given qualification paper consists of an introduction, two chapters a conclusion, a bibliography.
Introduction notes specific topic chosen, which is determined by the relevance and novelty, sets goals and objectives and so on.
In the first chapter: we have given different theories of various linguists on the notion of the methodology and literature review: Being based on periods rather than methods, it is intended as an alternative kind of account to the ‘method mythologies’ which have tended to dominate professional thinking for the last thirty years. Thus, we structure our account according to four periods characterized by main concerns and overall approaches, revealing greater continuity and overlap among teaching theories and practices than in accounts which accept discrete, bounded ‘methods’ as the primary unit of organization. We have analyzed the technologies and methods of teaching strategies of teaching grammar. Achieving this involves using a flexible hierarchical teaching-learning method that supports the integration of real-life materials that will raise the learner’s awareness of the structure of teaching grammar skills.
In the second chapter: we have made analysis the methodological steps of developing grammar skills. Grammar is an essential part of learning English. It is the foundation for speaking and understanding English. Learners need to know English grammar rules to use the language appropriately. Grammar is a vital part of any language. It’s essential to allow learners to express their thoughts adequately and form and communicate precise ideas. Grammar is not just about spelling or punctuation. It is an integral part of a language because it allows them to construct sentences and write coherently.
Grammar can be considered an invisible language that makes written communication more effective. Moreover, it can also help learners in other areas, such as speaking or understanding what others are trying to communicate.
The importance of grammar cannot be emphasized enough because it helps us know what is being communicated and how we can respond appropriately. If learners want to improve their English skills, they must start by learning the grammar rules and then practicing them until it becomes a habit.
The primary purpose of grammar is to improve the speaking and writing skills of the learner. In addition, grammar can help them become a better communicator.
Grammar studies the rules and structure of language, including parts of speech, sentence structure, and punctuation. Learning grammar is essential because it helps one communicate clearly and effectively with others in any situation.
