dated 02.09.2020 the Committee owns this land and performs karakul activities there. 
ACWA Power: We would like to note that the Presidential Decree for both Projects were not 
prepared by ACWA Power but by relevant State organisations and we are just following the 
instructions therein. 
Pasture Development Association: We completely understand but we assume you may not be 
aware of legislation relating to karakul farming. On our side we were not aware about the 
Presidential Decrees on your sites. It is true we gave a consent letter but we were not aware of

some of the other requirements. We can make our recommendations to the relevant state 
organisations. 
Committee for the Development of Sericulture and Wool Industry: Are the sizes of the allocated 
land for both Projects clearly indicated in the Presidential Decrees No. 5001 and No. 5003? 
ACWA Power: No, the Presidential Decree does not include these details. However, the 
coordinates of the Project are indicated in the agreements with NEGU and Ministry of Foreign 
Trade and Investments. 
Committee for the Development of Sericulture and Wool Industry: Will the turbine placement 
prevent herders from grazing? 
ACWA Power: The turbines will not prevent herders from grazing after the construction works.

Association, do you have any concerns about the Project?
