In conclusion, low levels of bat activity occur, punctuated by sporadic highs. Roosting bats are 
present, including species that are sensitive to wind farms. No threatened species of concern 
were recorded, although a total of 5 species occur regularly. Some species are lower altitude 
flyers, while others are medium to high altitude flyers, which will influence the relative risk for 
wind turbine collision (see ecological impact assessment sections for more details).
All species recorded are of the order Microchiroptera which is listed on Annex IV of the EU 
Habitat Directive and thus are considered as PBFs.
