deemed a period of time from the date of entry into
force of the Agreement prior to the end of the relevant
calendar month, and the last Reporting Period shall be
deemed a period of time from the date of beginning of
the relevant calendar month to the date of expiration,
repudiation of the Agreement or termination of the
Agreement.
