8.1.2. Send a notification of acceptance of the Offer
signed by the Carrier to the Yandex e-mail address.

подписанного со стороны Перевозчика уведо
об акцепте Оферты.
8.1.3. Formation of an invoice for payment for the
Services in the Partner Web Interface in the amount of
1000 US dollars. and payment of the specified invoice no
later than 5 (five) calendar days from the moment
specified in clause 8.1.2 of the Offer,
The amount in the amount of USD 1,000 specified in this
clause 8.1.3 is an advance payment for the cost of the
Services made by the Customer. The specified
prepayment amount is refundable only in the event of
termination of the Agreement at the initiative of the
Customer, as well as termination of the Agreement for
other reasons not related to the breach of the
Agreement by the Customer.
8.1.3. Формирование счета на оплату Услуг в
Партнерском веб-интерфейсе на сумму 1000
долларов США. и оплата указанного счета не 
5 (пяти) календарных дней с момента, указанн
8.1.2 Оферты,
Сумма в размере 1000 долларов США., указан
настоящем п. 8.1.3, является предоплатой сто
Услуг, внесенной Заказчиком. Указанная сумм
предоплаты подлежит возврату только в случ
расторжения Соглашения по инициативе Зак
а также прекращения Соглашения по иным
основаниям, не связанным с нарушением Зак
Соглашения.
8.2. By Offer Acceptance Customer concludes with
Yandex the Agreement subject to the terms of the Offer.
8.2. Путем Акцепта Оферты Заказчик заключа
Соглашение с Яндексом на условиях Оферты.
8.3. By agreeing to the terms and accepting the terms
hereof by means of the Offer Acceptance, the Carrier (or
a representative of the Carrier, including an individual
duly authorized to enter into the Agreement on behalf of
the Carrier) shall assure Yandex and guarantee Yandex
that:
(i) the Carrier (representative of the Carrier) has all the
rights and powers necessary to conclude and execute
the Agreement.
(ii) the Carrier enters into the Agreement voluntarily,
with the Carrier (representative of the Carrier) having
performed the following: a) has read the terms of the
Offer in full, b) fully understands the subject matter of
the Offer and the Agreement, c) fully understands the
meaning and consequences of his/her/its actions
performed to sign and implement the Agreement.
(iii) the Carrier (representative of the Carrier) has
provided valid information, including personal data,
about the Carrier (representative of the Carrier) in the
8.3. Соглашаясь с условиями и принимая усло
настоящей Оферты путем Акцепта Оферты,
Перевозчик (или представитель Перевозчика
физическое лицо, должным образом
уполномоченное заключить Соглашение от ли
Перевозчика) заверяет Яндекс и гарантирует
Яндексу, что:
(i) Перевозчик (представитель Перевозчика)
обладает всеми правами и полномочиями,
необходимыми для заключения и исполнения
Соглашения;
(ii) Перевозчик заключает Соглашение добров
при этом Перевозчик (представитель Перево
а) полностью ознакомился с условиями Офер
полностью понимает предмет Оферты и Согл
в) полностью понимает значение и последств
своих действий в отношении заключения и
исполнения Соглашения;
