The collection includes scientific works of participants of the X Eurasian Scien-
tific Forum, which was held on November 22-23, 2018 in St. Petersburg. They reflect a 
wide range of scientific studies of the real state of affairs and prospects for the devel-
opment of integration processes in the Eurasian space in the field of economics, law, 
psychology, education, culture and art, with particular attention to current problems 
of the life of the new independent states of Eurasia. The authors of the articles are 
scientific and pedagogical workers of research, educational, expert organizations, rep-
resentatives of business, the state and the authorities of the countries of Eurasia. The 
materials of the collection are of interest to students, researchers of adjacent branches 
of scientific knowledge, as well as practitioners involved in the formation of the Great-
er Eurasian Partnership, the conjunction of the EAEU and the Belt and Road project.
