1.4. Formation and development of "green" business
One of the phenomena that endangers humanity is environmental illiteracy and crisis. The image of our planet is changing as a result of man's excessive use of natural resources, growing appetite for wealth, greed. The problems of providing the population with food, energy and drinking water are becoming more and more complicated, now on our planet (2 billion people do not drink enough water) forests, meadows, water bodies, deserts and other natural in ecosystems, plant and animal species, weather conditions, predators, parasites, insects and disease-causing microorganisms maintain ecological balance. There are absolutely no harmful and redundant species in any community. All types perform a specific function. If these species are well adapted to each other, the ecological system will be stable. In nature, there are no surplus resources, only waste. Therefore, it is necessary to limit as much as possible human intervention in the harmony of natural ecosystems and self-management processes. All events in nature are inextricably linked with each other, and they always influence each other. Wide and unplanned use of agrochemicals, indiscriminate use of water from two rivers in agriculture, consumption without using any water purification devices endanger the health of the population and pollute the environment. The use of Amudarya and Syrdarya waters to irrigate cotton fields and orchards led to the drying up of the Aral Sea, as a result of environmental pollution and drying, 100,000 tons of salt and sand each year had a negative impact up to 800 km in diameter. As a result, many plants and animals died, cultivated lands became dry, salty, and lost productivity. (the yield of cotton from 1 hectare of land decreased to 12%, and wheat to 14%) the climate changed, the air temperature rose to 5 degrees, which had a negative impact on productivity in time. Due to the use of too many chemicals in agricultural fields (20-25 kg of chemical fertilizers are used despite the norm of 3 kg per hectare of arable land), the land became saline, various diseases appeared in animals, and people's health i has deteriorated, drinking water has become polluted, and as a result an environmental disaster has occurred. In Uzbekistan, 40-50% of the population uses clean sewage water, every year 15 thousand hectares of arable fields fail due to salt-sand wind, and pesticides, chemical fertilizers (DDT and butphos) poison drinking water, hepatitis, typhoid, tuberculosis occur in people , diabetes increased, the weather became poisoned. The use of gasoline in vehicles (burning 1,000 liters of gasoline releases 630 kg of toxic waste into the atmosphere), the emission of CO 2 gases from natural gas and coal (300 million tons of CO 2 is released annually in Uzbekistan ) lead to an ecological crisis. Moreover, the problem of waste from industrial enterprises, medicine, agriculture, public catering has not been fully solved, there are not enough waste processing mini-plants. In the process of transitioning to a green economy strategy of Uzbekistan, active use of green investments, adjustment of social and economic sectors to global green standards, use of the experiences of Sweden, Switzerland, China, Singapore, USA, Russia and other countries, production of goods and services in environmentally friendly bio-standards , we can get out of the ecological crisis through mass development of ecological entrepreneurship, "green" business. It is necessary to comprehensively develop ecological, social, economic and political cooperation in society in a system of interdependent and mutually influencing sectors. it is not a secret, but the green economy develops in cooperation with the environment and ecological processes. The "Green" economy mission envisages rational use of natural resources, enrichment of natural capital, reduction of factors that have a negative impact on the environment, stabilization and development of the economy, and improvement of people's lifestyle. It is also intended to maintain a balance between socio-political economy and ecology in the society. In time, it will be necessary for the state to reduce investments in sectors that have a negative impact on the environment, increase tax burdens, and support entities that use "green" technologies in business and entrepreneurship. Society will need to focus on increasing the natural capital of "green" financing, reproducing renewable energy resources, protecting the ecosystem, preserving biodiversity and building green spaces. The issue of ecology is a world problem. The terms "green" business, "green" entrepreneurship, "green" growth are found in scientific publications and articles, but are not widely used. At the current stage, the role of greening and biologization of the agro-industry is significantly increasing, based on the application of new technologies in plant breeding, animal husbandry and food industry in order to preserve natural potential and increase food safety. The sharp increase in both political and economic confrontations on a global scale, sanctions against Russia, including restrictions on a number of food products and technical means, provide a systematic solution to the problems of the development of the food and processing industry, and provide financial support -support also makes it possible to implement the mechanisms of these measures. In today's environment, where negative economic trends prevail, the production of environmentally friendly food products and ensuring the ecological safety of food products by organizing and ensuring rapid technical modernization of production facilities based on environmentally friendly technologies that save resources are priorities. . Ensuring the sustainable development of the food and processing industry based on science-based approaches and innovative solutions includes: - development of fundamentally new technologies and equipment that provide deep, energy-saving and resource-saving processing of agricultural raw materials based on modern physico-chemical and electrophysical methods (including membrane, etrusion-hydrolytic, ginber, cavitation and biotechnological) output, ecologically safe production of socially important food and feed products with various functional properties. - on the basis of the latest advances in genetics, microbiology, nanotechnologies and informatics, modern principles of production technologies, food combinatorics, and medical products for mass consumption of different age groups in terms of quality, new, import-substituting food products Create; - improvement of biotechnological processes of agricultural raw materials processing, new types of products with high nutritional and biological value using highly active recombinant and mutant strains and consortia of microorganisms producing enzymes, important amino acids, bacteriocins, vitamins and other biologically active substances get Based on the general ideology of the Global SD - the concept of sustainable development, in addition to clean "green" energy and clean waste-free technologies, a cost-effective transition to sustainable development is provided by other institutional directions of development. Ecological and economic relations - organic farming or feeding with "green" environmentally friendly products will help to positively solve the issues. Today, organic farming has many supporters as a system of measures to maintain soil fertility. It is a new branch of agriculture and food, which is necessary to ensure food security in terms of quantity and quality of food products in the current demographic, natural and economic conditions. This industry is integrated into trade and logistics systems, and its "food systems" are based on the most advanced technologies, the most advanced technologies, "green" organic food production, biotechnology, humanitarian technologies (food - closely related to the rational use of food products) is carried out on the basis of "Food security" is being changed by ensuring the availability of food products that are acceptable for the quality of life and health of people, and the preservation of the natural environment. Innovation in agricultural production is now perhaps the only way for human survival. They are based on ecological innovations that ensure the sustainable development of the economy, the fair satisfaction of the population's need for food, and the protection of nature. There are large reserves of agricultural land and a growing global demand for environmentally friendly, healthy food. And given the priority status of agricultural greening, Uzbekistan can reap significant economic and social benefits. With the development of the biotechnology market for the production of "green" environmentally friendly products, the development of organic farming in the field of agro-food, it is possible to solve many problems of an economic and ecological nature, as a result of which the food security of the country is ensured. In order to stimulate innovations in organic farming and the production of "green" ecologically clean products, it is necessary, first of all, to create eco-innovations that provide a positive environmental impact, to encourage greening and afforestation in order to preserve natural potential. . Organic farming or the production of "green" environmentally friendly food products simultaneously solves three important social and economic tasks: - ensures full employment of rural population. - ensures high profitability of the agricultural sector - 3-10 times more profitability than traditional agricultural production is achieved due to high product prices and low production costs. - preserves the natural environment and traditional foundations of society. Therefore, as performance indicators or indicators of current eco-innovations that provide a positive environmental impact, ensure the greening and biologization of agro-industrial production, and are quality criteria for eco or bio products, we propose to consider the following we do: number of food products with the symbol "without pesticides" or "without preservatives" (" O food products. Information for the consumer. General requirements "); Products with "bio" and "organic" labels on their packaging (with the permission of local authorities); The number of innovative structures for the production of functional food products (for example, the coefficient of renewal of fixed assets ) . However, it should be noted that the competitiveness of agricultural products in our country depends on increasing the financial stability of agro-industrial enterprises, increasing the efficiency of the use of land and other resources in agriculture, as well as greening agricultural production. The innovative scenario of the development of the food and processing industry is implemented along with the use of agricultural raw materials and the improvement of the efficiency of deep processing, the reduction of the energy capacity of products, and the attraction of secondary and wild plant resources. Diversification of production based on the development of innovations ensures its growth both in terms of quantity and quality, strengthening of the economy of industries engaged in the production of food products. At the same time, such a scenario will be possible only with a significant increase in green investment activity and state support for research and development . Subsidies aimed at environmental protection, pest and disease control, development of logistics and infrastructure schemes and centers, as well as their support from all countries, provide a "green" basket of local food products with high quality and ecological safety. is among the measures that help to increase. Therefore, greening of agro-industrial production should become one of the main priorities of the state agrarian policy. Today, the new policy announced as the principles of the green economy, that is, the implementation of environmental requirements, determines the directions of innovative development and modernization of production. Innovation is one of the priorities of state policy. In order to update the technological base of production in almost all sectors, to support the development and ensure the stability of production in the food and processing industries, it is necessary to fundamentally develop it, since it relies mainly on imported technologies, not on the country's developments. New technology and equipment based on scientific approaches and innovative solutions, improvement of biotechnological processes of processing agricultural raw materials, complex production of new types of products with increased nutritional and biological value can be ensured. In solving the above problems, a unique "unification" of economic and environmental policies takes place. There are opportunities for ecologically sustainable development of modern business. Modern business is based on ecology in many ways, because "green" business is relatively young, modern, in high demand, profitable, with a bright future, and mass. Green products are selling fast because they have different designs and features. Attention to ecology is increasing day by day, ecological products are becoming new trends, which in due time caused the development of "green" business. Ecologically clean, halal, "eco" and "bio" branded goods began to appear in markets and sales areas, in stores. According to environmental experts and marketers, ecological goods sell quickly and bring good profit, the purpose of "green" business is to make the environment healthy along with making a profit. "Green" business can also be considered as a useful idea or project, because this business is becoming a world trend, it is becoming a great demand from consumers, today the demand curve is growing rapidly, because the competition is not strongly developed, and the state supports them. is supporting, there are tax benefits. There are 23 thousand agricultural enterprises and ecological farms in Germany, 1.05 million. hectare of land produces organic products, the goods are labeled with the "EU" environmental mark, ecological rules and norms are taken into account. "Green" goods and services produced in Germany are marked with the environmental mark "EU" or the mark of the ecological company Germany "Bio Greno". Currently, 8-10% of Germany's GDP corresponds to the share of ecological "green" goods and services. Environmental literacy, environmental culture is developing in the German people, and citizens are adapting to an ecological lifestyle. "On the basis of popularization of green business (ecological business, ecological entrepreneurship.) ecological markets are established. That is, its basis is described as follows;: Download 212.45 Kb. Do'stlaringiz bilan baham: |
