Annotation. This describes about Mahmud Koshgari's work "Devonu lug`otit-turk" and
the names of dishes expressed in it. It should be noted that the names of food mentioned in the
work are researched by the author, separated into different groups. The names of dishes listed in
"Devon" are considered to be directly related to the time when Mahmud Koshgari lived, and we
can witness that some of them have been preserved even today. Mahmud Koshgari's work
"Devonu lug`otit-turk " is considered an important source in the research of food names, and it
is considered a rare work that has not lost its importance even today.
