My dreams
Dream is something that each of us need. It is our vision. It is true that everyone has a dream in life and tries all his efforts to achieve it. Dream is a goal, which you ardently want, but you absolutely do not know how to reach it. Alternatively, if you want your dream to become a reality you should create some regulations, keep them, you should not follow crowd. Furthermore, a lot of famous people began from nothing. The main difference between them and other people is that they had a dream, that they set a goal, and, finally, they achieved that goal and it became a reality. My father always taught me to explore the world with inquisitive eyes and a curious mind, constantly seeking to learn more and more, to understand more. That’s why my ultimate dream is to travel around the world, learn foreign languages and hopefully move to a sunny and warm place some days. I’d like to explore new cultures, traditions, business and cuisine. Travelling can be an invaluable experience for me, it can broaden my knowledge and help me to make friends with people from other countries. I think that my dreams are not just dreams, they are quite real if I don’t give up and move towards their fulfillment. Our dreams are in our hands, I’m sure.
I have a lot of dreams but most of all I dream of a world at peace. I believe that the day will come when all people live together in peace.
In conclusion, it is really important to know the difference between the goal and the dream. Only people with strong personality can realize their dream, because sometimes it can be almost impossible. I hope I get my entire dream soon.

Healthy lifestyle
It’s true that the quality of food that we take in determines the quality of life that goes on in each cell of our body.
Many years ago people used to eat food that didn’t contain so many additives or conserving agents. Meals were usually cooked at home. Therefore, people did not have problems with health, because all the food that they ate was natural and healthy.
It’s not a secret that nowadays a great number of people, especially young generation prefer to eat fast food such as hamburgers, pizza, chips or fried chicken which can cause some health problems. It’s true that fast food is more convenient than healthy one. For example it’s a good alternative to eat fast food for people who work for long hours, who do not have enough time to buy ingredients and prepare good food contains poorer nutrients even it is high in calories. For example, it is high in saturated fats and trans fats, also it has preservatives, chemicals, artificial colours and flavors, that can cause dangerous diseases, such as diabetics, obesity, high blood pressure, and other ones.
As a conclusion, I want to say that, both fast food and healthy food have plusses and minuses. However, one should choose the right option as to have a healthy life style.
