Sinov materiali: tupurik (2 marta suyultirilgan so’lak)
Reaktivlar: 1% kraxmal eritmasi, Lyugol reagenti, distillangan suv, Trommer reaksiyasi uchun kerak bo’lgan reaktivlar: 5%li o’yuvchi natriy, 5%-li mis sulfat (tajriba probirkalariga avval o’yuvchi natriy qo’shiladi, so’ngra tomchilatib mis sulfatdan solinadi va past olovda qaynaguncha qizdiriladi). Uskunalar: pipetkalar, probirkalar, termostat, alkogol lampasi, muzli hammom Ishning bajarilish tartibi: 2 ta probirkaga 1 ml dan suyultirilgan so’lak solinadi. Ulardan bittasi past olovda 2-3 minut davomida qaynatib olinadi. Shundan so’ng har ikkalasiga 1 ml dan kraxmal eritmasidan solib, 10 minut 38°S li termostatga qo’yiladi. Keyin har ikkala probirkadagi suyuqlik ikkiga bo’linib, Trommer va Lyugol reaksiyalari o’tkaziladi. Shuni aytish kerakki, qaynatilgan so’lakli probirkada kraxmalning fermentativ gidrolizi bo’lmaydi.
